I have become the queen of epic failures. If I didn’t have the support group that I have, I could not manage this madness.  

Christmas is almost here and yes presents are on my mind, but most importantly I am thinking about my family and my friends and how blessed I am that they are in my life.  God has been kind enough to give me struggles this year in an effort to open my mind and heart. He has helped me see my need for personal growth, increased compassion, and to realize what is really important in this life.   

So my Christmas present this year was from God.  He has set me on a path to become a better person.  I vow to think of others, make them smile, be a great friend, be a better daughter, sister, and mother, love with all I have, and walk through this life taking it day by day.   God has a plan for each of us.  Knowing that he has control has brought great peace to my life.    

Yes life is chaotic, but each day we are learning.  Keep your eyes, mind, and heart open to all things around you and enjoy the life God intends for you to have.  Have a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year.
